The Food Safety Referral Laboratory at ICAR-Indian Institute of Horticultural Research (ICAR-IIHR) has strengthened its food authenticity testing capabilities by adopting Elementar’s BiovisION Honey platform for honey adulteration analysis.

The system supports carbon isotope ratio analysis for the detection of C3 and C4 sugar adulteration in honey, helping the laboratory generate reliable results for food authenticity research and testing.
